1-on-1 Movement Coaching

I offer one-on-one movement coaching if you seek a more personalized approach with a teacher who cares about you, your goals, and how you feel in your body.

Group classes aren’t for everyone. 1x1 movement coaching provides an opportunity to address your specific needs and goals without the distraction of other students. My attention will be 100% focused on you and what you want to achieve from our time together. 

I’ll make sure it’s both fun and effective. Together, we’ll set up a plan that can help you:

  • Build a yoga practice that accommodates your body's unique needs

  • Learn how to grow stronger progressively

  • Improve body awareness and coordination for better balance 

  • Learn how to understand and manage pain

  • Learn to accept and work with your body type

  • Create healthier movement patterns. This will help you find confidence in your movement, which will translate to everything you do

  • Create a customized program that incorporates everything we do together.

60-minute sessions, virtual and in-person, are available.
