Absolutely! The Zoom room is open 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after class and the Zoom chat will be open throughout the practice.

That is up to you! But it's preferable to have your camera on.

My online classes are virtual via Zoom. I also teach in-person group classes in Maryland and I offer in-person private one-on-one sessions. Email me for my local schedule.
